A thoughtful space for navigating change, relationships, and the many parts of being human.
My path to coaching has been shaped by nearly 14 years of experience supporting people through periods of growth, decision-making, and transition — as well as years of personal study and exploration into relationships, self-understanding, and emotional well-being.
My professional background is rooted in education, where I’ve worked with adolescents, college and graduate students, and adults across advising, student development, career services, and related roles.
Across these roles a common thread emerged helping people understand where they are, what matters them and where they want to go next.
That experience continues to shape the way I work today.
From Education to Deeper Inner Work
For more than a decade, I’ve independently explored relationships, communication, holistic well-being, and the ways our past experiences shape how we relate to ourselves and others. That exploration has included extensive study, personal inner work, and an ongoing curiosity about why we think, feel, relate, and respond as we do.
That interest eventually led me into formal study of parts work — an approach that recognizes the different inner parts we carry and the emotions, beliefs, needs, and protective patterns that shape our experience.
I completed my certification as a Parts Therapy Practitioner, and parts work now serves as an important influence in my coaching approach. I have also completed all nine foundational levels of study in the Wisdom of Kabbalah, which has deepened my understanding of self, relationships, and how we move through life’s challenges.
My work is informed by these perspectives without requiring clients to subscribe to any particular therapeutic, spiritual, or philosophical framework.
Who I Work With
Adolescents & Young Adults
Drawing from nearly 14 years in education, advising, and student development, I support young people navigating school and college decisions, relationships, identity, independence, and the transition into adulthood.
Adults
Our work may center on career or life transitions, grief and loss, family changes, identity, purpose, or personal growth—or simply the sense that something needs to change, even when you’re not yet sure what.
Relationships & Conscious Relating
I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand the patterns shaping their relationships, communication, and connection—including what happens when they feel misunderstood, rejected, defensive, disconnected, or vulnerable.
There is no stage of life at which we stop becoming.
Many Parts One Self
I chose the name Many Parts On Self because I believe we are more complex than a single version of ourselves. We carry different parts—parts that protect us, question us, push us forward, hold us back, seek connection, fear change, or simply want to be heard.
These parts are not problems to eliminate. Often, they developed for good reasons. But when their needs, fears, or beliefs pull us in different directions, it can become difficult to hear what we actually want.
To me, the work is not about becoming someone new. It is about developing a deeper relationship with the many parts already within us—and finding greater clarity, compassion, and connection to Self.
